Exploring the infinite variety of wines, their aromas, tastes, and characters is an endless delight for any wine lover. Gathering with a group of friends, associates, or family to focus on a particular aspect of this captivating universe can help improve understanding, increase familiarity, and provide unforgettable organo-leptic experiences. It can also result in surprising discoveries when expensive wines are favoured less than cheaper wines, or when what we think we like or don't like is reversed by a new discovery. We collaborate with you on the theme of the tasting, encouraging you to participate in what you would like to explore and then put a tailor-made tasting together for your pleasure and edification. Carefully selected cheeses, seasonal vegetables, and fabulous breads accompany each tasting. Each tasting includes a minimum of 5 wines, tasted blind. All tastings include written descriptions of the wines (offered at the end of the tasting), and tasting notes with accompanying vocabulary to help you articulate what you find in your glass.
