Welcome the return of the light with a unique, atmospheric wine tasting in Paris — an intimate, one-night-only experience to mark the winter solstice. As dusk falls, we gather together to share a carefully curated selection of lunar inflected biodynamic wines, exquisite cheeses, rustic fermented breads, and seasonal pairing treats tasted by candlelight. Whether you gift it or savour it yourself, this tasting invites warmth, conviviality, and a moment of pause during the darkest night of the year. This is limited to 12 participants, so book soon. The winter solstice is significant in biodynamic wines, as it is the day when the BD 500 cow horns are disinterred. Marking this day with a biodynamic wine tasting will help us align with the season, while also providing an occasion to better understand the symbolism of this singular day of the year. Includes
 • A tasting flight of 4–5 biodynamic wines, chosen to reflect the solstice spirit • A sparkling or bright cuvée for the promise of returning light • A small lantern or tealight candle per guest — a symbolic keepsake to light up the night. • A short presentation on winter solstice folklore, and the story behind each wine you taste. • A cozy, atmospheric setting in a softly lit wine bar in central Paris. • Sweet & savoury seasonal pairing bites (e.g. pain d’épices, dark chocolate, chestnut or spiced treats) to accompany and enhance the tasting. • A printed Solstice Wine Card — a souvenir “wine menu + story card” summarising the wines and their tales.
