This is part of a series of thematic wine tastings we are hosting at L'Ours et la Vielle Grille winebar bookshop at 9 Rue Larrey, 75005 Paris. Contact us for upcoming dates. Prior to the devastating consequences of phylloxera, there were hundreds of different grape varieties grown in the Île-de-France alone. This tasting focusses on some of the obscure and lesser known grape varieties that can be found in different regions of France, the discovery of which may surprise. The tasting includes 5 wines, served with exquisite cheeses and rustic fermented bread.
