This is part of a series of thematic wine tastings we are hosting at L'Ours et la Vielle Grille winebar bookshop at 9 Rue Larrey, 75005 Paris. Contact us for upcoming dates. This foundational wine tasting features background to the viticultural practices used in wine making. Conventional (industrial), organic (ecological), biodynamic (healing), natural (nothing added, nothing taken away). The tasting includes five wines representative of these categories, with an attempt to identify some of the characteristics that distinguish one from another.
